Here is a blog item that I finished writing last Thursday night for CNN’s food blog “Eatocracy” – it was published last Friday. We still have a few more days of Oktoberfest (runs through Oct. 3 in Munich) so enjoy! But then, you don’t need Oktoberfest to enjoy a good German Bier… Prost!
